Initial Card

Your first PBACard is free and can be picked up during Welcome Week or at the PBA Card Office, located in the Department of Public Safety at 1301 South Olive Avenue.

Replacement Card

Replacement cards can be obtained during business hours at the PBACard Office, located in the Department of Public Safety at 1301 South Olive Avenue. A $15 fee applies for each replacement card.

Lost Card

Report a lost or stolen card immediately to the PBACard Office at 561-803-2515 or the Department of Public Safety at 561-803-2500.  You are responsible for all activity on your card until it is reported.
